HOW DO I ORDER MY FABRIC?
All fabric is sold in increments of a quarter metre (1/4 m) and cut in one continuous piece, not a fat quarter. Therefore, you must select the number of 1/4 m cuts you desire. For example:
If you would like to order one metre enter 4 in the "Quantity" box.
1/4 metre = 1
1/2 metre = 2
3/4 metre = 3
1 metre = 4
Be sure to check your cart totals before checking out.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are by the metre (39”)
Rates for Shipping are as follows:
Free shipping in Canada & USA on orders over $150 before taxes and after discounts.
Domestic packages generally take 3-5 business days to arrive.
US orders generally take 4-9 business days to arrive.
Most International orders take approximately 8-10 weeks to arrive as your order is sent via surface.
FREE LOCAL PICK UP OPTION
If you live close enough to pick up your order, you can choose the “Free Local Pick Up” option on the checkout page. I will send instructions on where/when to pick up your order. If you are passing through to get your package, and the “Pick Up” option did not appear, email me and I’ll refund you the shipping costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Goods shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties and import fees, which are not included in the shipping fees. Customs forms are filled out with detailed information about your shipments contents and value. You are responsible for charges incurred at customs. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for undelivered purchases. Please contact your post office in the event of a non-delivery. You can also contact me and I will assist in any way I can to locate your missing package. I will not offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, I will do my best to rectify the problem. If you choose to return your order, it must be in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition for a full refund. Postage fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs and extra duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note – I do not accept returns on any sale fabric, fabric that has been cut by the customer or opened pre-cuts, patterns or kits.
Price Adjustments – Stache Fabric & Notions is unable to retroactively apply a discount to an order if the order was not placed on the day of the sale.
PRE-CUTS, WHAT ARE THEY?
I sell a variety of pre-cuts including, 2.5” rolls (jelly rolls or bali pops), 5” squares (charm packs), 10” squares (layer cakes) and Fat Quarter (18″x 22″) bundles and Fat Eighth (9″x 22″) bundles. Many of these come direct from the manufacturer but I also offer my own bundles.
REMNANTS & FAT QUARTER’S:
Occasionally, there is a small bit left on the bolt or a Fat Quarter left over from a sale. You benefit by being able to buy just a little bit of what you need.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER (AND WHAT ABOUT TAXES)?
Taxes are calculated based on the customers’ billing address.
We charge both GST (5%) and PST (7%) in British Columbia.
Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon are charged GST (5%) only.
New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario are charged HST (13%).
Prince Edward Island is charged HST (14%).
Nova Scotia is charged HST (15%).
United States and International: We do not charge any tax.
Our website uses PayPal as the default payment method. If you do not wish to sign up for a PayPal account, you can simply use the site as a guest and input your credit card information as you would paying on any other site.
Other options are:
Over the phone: contact me via email and we will set up a time to make the transaction person to person over the telephone. I will input your credit card information with you still on the phone and your information will not be kept on file.
Via email: if you prefer to send an e-transfer of the money, you can do so via email. Just head over to your online banking site and click the tab for making an e-transfer. Input my email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and send another email with the security code so I can access the money.
If you have a Band Status card, please email me so I can document the number and we can proceed with your order efficiently.
Once payment is received, all orders are processed and shipped accordingly.
If you have a coupon code, use it on the checkout page in the space provided. The calculator will do the rest! Proceed to pay as you normally would.
We take your privacy seriously. We will not sell or distribute your personal information to any commercial third parties, except those which are needed to process your order (i.e. PayPal). Our website uses highly secure SSL encryption at checkout to ensure your personal login information, including email, username and passwords are safe. Your credit card information is not stored, and it is fully encrypted on our external payment processing sites (i.e. PayPal) when you pay for your items. Your credit card information is never stored on any of our servers. We are very proactive in ensuring our website and server software is up to date, to avoid any compromise due to hackers or other external threats.
By signing up to our site and our newsletter, you will not receive unnecessary spam – we use your newsletter subscription as a way of advising you of new sales, items, and other information to make your shopping experience great and provide you with the best possible service and experience when shopping on our site. If you do not wish to continue receiving the newsletter, we make it easy for you to opt out of it as well. We do not give your email address out – we value you as our unique customer, and we don’t want to share your email with anyone else!
